Sr. Director, Transformation & Value Realization
Genesys is seeking a strategic, financially-minded leader to join our Business Transformation Team. As Senior Director, Transformation and Value Realization, you will lead the development of high-impact business cases and partner across the organization to ensure initiatives drive measurable ROI and sustainable value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transformation leadership, strategic finance, corporate development, or management consulting
- Deep understanding of business models, financial analysis, and ROI-driven decision-making
- Proven track record in delivering cross-functional, high-value initiatives—preferably in SaaS or cloud environments
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Ability to distill complex data into compelling business insights and influence senior leaders to take action
- Collaborative, persuasive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in dynamic, global organizations
- Experience building and developing teams, particularly in business operations, transformation, or strategy roles
