Hiring: Salesforce Analyst – Malaysia (Client Location) | New Era Technology

Client Location: KL, MalaysiaCompany: New Era Technology – www.neweratech.comWork Type: 12 month contract

About the Role:

New Era Technology is looking for experienced Salesforce Analyst to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia at their KL office.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions, focusing on both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• The role involves configuring Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, and workflows, and ensuring data security and integrity.
• Key responsibilities include conducting detailed design discussions, supporting the configuration of the application, assisting in the setup of users and roles, and managing business process automation using tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Will work closely with the development team to identify technical solutions, assist with UAT, and contribute to the overall project lifecycle. This role also requires the creation of custom reports and dashboards, training end-users, and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of Salesforce best practices, and a proven ability to work in an agile environment, with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.

Preferred Candidate:

• Nationality: Prefer Malaysians , but open for all nationalities who can relocate and work onsite in Malaysia
• Availability: Candidates who can join max in 30-60 days.
