CDL A Drivers – No Experience Needed! Location:Winter Wildwood, FL

CDL-A grads: Build your future with our regional routes. We offer paid orientation and structured support to new drivers. CDL-A license required!

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum of 120 hours from a certified truck driving school (within the past 2 years)
• SAP drivers are NOT eligible for hire.
• No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 12 month.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and hair drug test.
• No felonies in the last 10 years(no jail in the last 10 years)
• Minimum 3 years of residency in USA

What You’ll Get:

• One-on-one, hands-on instruction to help you go solo
• Solo driver earnings starting at $1,000–$1,500+ per week
• Performance bonuses of up to +8¢/mile for safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity
• Transition bonus up to $1,500

Career Path:

After your initial training (4–6 weeks) and 3 months of Over-the-Road (OTR) experience, you’ll have the opportunity to switch to local routes and grow within the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Driver 1,800–2,300 miles weekly as a solo driver
• Operate and inspect CDL-A trucks safely
• Maintain accurate logs and follow all regulations
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries
