Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, located in New York, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers directly to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
