Job Title: Product Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Technical Lead to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced solutions in Risk Management, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI.

Our environment leverages Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, and we are looking for a leader who combines technical expertise with product ownership to deliver impactful, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps for Risk Management, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI solutions, prioritizing features based on customer impact.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions on Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with security standards.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams, ensuring clear alignment on product vision and delivery.

• Develop and deliver solutions to address risk identification and mitigation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and product development.

• Expertise in Azure Cloud Services, Databricks (data/ML pipelines), and Power BI visualization.

• Strong understanding of Predictive Analytics, AI/ML, and Risk Management solutions.

• Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and delivering products end-to-end.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
