  • Demolition: Full-scale licensed demolition services tailored to a wide variety of projects.
  • Environmental Services: Expertise in asbestos and lead abatement, alongside cutting-edge environmental remediation techniques.
  • Material Recycling: DHEC-approved facilities for concrete, brick, and asphalt recycling, as well as aggregate, mulch, and fuel pellet sales.
  • Trucking: Reliable transportation solutions for material, waste, and heavy equipment.

Your Role and Responsibilities As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your attention to detail and leadership will be key in upholding safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Oversee field operations and site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication between field and office.
  • Manage on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • 12-years experience in a Superintendent role within the construction, demolition, or environmental remediation industry.
  • Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges on-site.
  • Willingness to travel as much as 80% for nationwide projects.
