Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, define, and deliver impactful product features.
• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and web interfaces with React.js.
• Create robust backend services and APIs leveraging Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, including product discovery, user feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Ensure exceptional code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to technical planning and strategy, establishing best practices for development, scalability, and performance.
• Stay ahead of technological advancements and bring fresh ideas to the table as the industry evolves.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent proven experience.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack or product-focused development.
• Proven proficiency inDartwithFlutterfor mobile app development.
• Advanced skills inReact.jswith modern JavaScript/TypeScript for web development.
• Solid backend engineering experience withJava,Spring Boot, and creatingRESTful APIs.

• Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) andDevOps practices.
• Experience in tools likeDocker,Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of emerging tools likeGraphQL,Firebase, orWebSocketsis a plus.
• Strong commitment to building intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable products.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
