Tech Ops Specialist
SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a Tech Ops Specialist interested in building a global safety net with us. Our top priority is to help our customers find solutions that help them get what they want and need. We aim to resolve customer problems openly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences that make our customers not only happy supporters of SafetyWing, but happy in general. We provide around-the-clock support with a flexible schedule. No fixed shifts - just daytime hours in your own time zone.

- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Is comfortable working on weekends and available for 30+ hours a week
- Has experience with debugging issues, Jira, SQL, and Postman
- Extra shine if you have experience with Intercom, customer service, or healthcare
- Asia and Americas time zone preference but EMEA also welcome
