Responsibilities

As an Automation Technical Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for:

• Integrating various data-driven platforms through applications such as Zapier and Make, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
• Developing and managing integrations using custom APIs, leveraging your expertise in data integration and API development.
• Managing data reporting platforms, including TapClicks and Google Data Studio, to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.
• Adding tracking scripts to websites and landing pages, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
• CRM Management, including client account setup, lead delivery, and automated workflows.
• Participating in weekly department meetings to update managers on current projects and discuss potential solutions to workload bottlenecks.
• Interdepartmental meetings to gather information and provide logical, efficient strategies for integrating steps between multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Client-facing meetings led by an Account Manager to walk clients through internal service platforms and provide automation/integration solutions to their challenges.
• Performing minor website maintenance and providing LiveChat assistance to ensure seamless customer support.
• Leading a small team of technical staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical operations, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in data integration and API development, with a strong understanding of integration platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Excellent knowledge of data reporting platforms such as TapClicks and Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with website tracking scripts and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with Webflow and/or Wordpress.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, with excellent project management skills and the ability to drive projects forward while balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
