IAM Architect - Cloud Bigdata

IAM Architect (Core) Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and protocols (Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA). Strategic Advisor Acts as the lead technical authority, guiding IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards in partnership with the IAM Manager. Application/Enterprise Architecture Alignment Ensures IAM integrates seamlessly across applications, systems, and business processes.

Core Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions aligned with least-privilege and zero-trust principles. Serve as the lead technical advisor for IAM design, integrations, and standards. Influence IAM strategy and roadmap in partnership with the IAM Manager and Security leadership. Drive adoption of authentication/authorization technologies (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA). Partner with application architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM works across enterprise systems. Provide mentorship to IAM engineers and manage vendors/partners supporting IAM services.

Candidate Profile

5+ years Identity & Access Management; 8+ years IT Security overall. Hands-on expertise in Azure AD, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM. Experience shaping IAM standards, policies, and integrations at enterprise scale. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with shared program ownership. Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, PMP, ITIL v3.
