Job Summary
As a Full Stack Fanuc Robotic Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex automation solutions using Fanuc robots. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to identify and solve complex problems, and will be responsible for creating and implementing programs from scratch. You will also be required to travel domestically 70% to 90% of the time, and will be expected to work well independently on smaller projects and as part of a team on larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement complex automation solutions using Fanuc robots
- Create and implement programs from scratch, including machine tool load and unload
- Solve complex problems and provide entire solutions
- Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to team members
- Investigate and resolve HMI and PLC issues as needed
- Travel domestically 70% to 90% of the time
- Work well independently on smaller projects and as part of a team on larger projects
Essential Qualifications
* Five or more years of experience programming Fanuc robots from scratch
- Five or more years of experience in Fanuc robot technical support
- Ability to investigate and resolve HMI and PLC issues as needed
- Ability to work well independently on smaller projects and as part of a team on larger projects
- Ability to travel domestically 70% to 90% of the time
- Possess a valid driver's license
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes of Cincinnati, OH
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with web and cloud application development
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python
- Experience with automation software and hardware
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
