Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued, heard, and empowered to make informed decisions about their wellness journey
  • Conducting sales consultations, presenting our products and services, and closing deals to drive member acquisition and revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking client interactions, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events that drive business growth and client engagement
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting
  • Experience with sales software, such as CRM systems or sales automation tools
  • Knowledge of the wellness industry, including trends, products, and services
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field
