About the Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Workwarp, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment to maintain the operational readiness of our industrial production and processing machinery. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial production and processing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate parts for defects, repair or replace malfunctioning components, and analyze test results to diagnose equipment problems.
• Perform setups and changeovers, reassemble equipment after repairs, and test machinery operations to ensure they're running smoothly.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks, including metal cutting and welding, aligning, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
• Utilize blueprints and manuals to ensure correct installation and operation of equipment.
• Support other production team members by performing timely maintenance on machines, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of safe operations and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a plastic blow molding manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, robotics/automation, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Practical application of mechanical principles and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Excellent attention to detail and logical reasoning.
• Strong communication and team support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

• Certifications or training in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
