Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop inbound leads, and create new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, as per our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Develop qualified sales opportunities and grow future pipeline potential.
  • Generate revenue through outbound cold pitching to existing Vector Arrangements clients and new logos in assigned regions and markets.
  • Identify key decision-makers within new accounts and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans, call scripts, and messaging to drive sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demos for Account Managers.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage, track, and report on sales activities and results using Salesforce and Effort.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects and customers through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • A positive and energetic telephone presence, with strong listening and persuasion skills.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • A desire to grow and develop within a sales organization.
  • Basic knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Effort, or similar sales tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
