• THD Process and Policy (20%): Identify and address customer, contractor, and Home Depot Partner issues as soon as possible, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential disruptions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• A background in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capability
