Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 80 pounds
  • Authorized to live and work in the country of application
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use various software applications
  • Ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid Canadian driver's license (if applicable)

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
