About The Role

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to become a valuable part of our team. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in managing a wide range of tasks, from maintaining schedules to handling customer inquiries. If you're an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant with our company, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining various communication materials, including:

+ Boardroom presentations + Media release templates + Newsletters + Email templates + Social media posts + Video scripts + Company brochures + Press releases + Reporting documents + Media kits

  • Promoting our company and products through social networking
  • Creating and managing online applications for events, contests, and giveaways
  • Coordinating company events
  • Managing the company's business calendar
  • Monitoring company performance
  • Managing and maintaining websites and online banner advertisements
  • Handling online inquiries and customer service
  • Processing online orders
  • Submitting online customer orders
  • Creating and maintaining content for the company website
  • Managing the company's online e-store

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, marketing, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
