About The Role
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to become a valuable part of our team. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in managing a wide range of tasks, from maintaining schedules to handling customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant with our company, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining various communication materials, including:
+ Boardroom presentations + Media release templates + Newsletters + Email templates + Social media posts + Video scripts + Company brochures + Press releases + Reporting documents + Media kits
- Promoting our company and products through social networking
- Creating and managing online applications for events, contests, and giveaways
- Coordinating company events
- Managing the company's business calendar
- Monitoring company performance
- Managing and maintaining websites and online banner advertisements
- Handling online inquiries and customer service
- Processing online orders
- Submitting online customer orders
- Creating and maintaining content for the company website
- Managing the company's online e-store
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills
- A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, marketing, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
