We are actively hiring a Licensed Pharmacy Data Entry Technician for a fully remote, work-from-home role. This opportunity is ideal for certified pharmacy technicians with strong attention to detail, excellent typing accuracy, and a commitment to upholding pharmacy data integrity and compliance standards.

In this position, you’ll play a critical role in processing prescriptions, verifying data accuracy, and supporting pharmacy operations remotely. Your expertise in medication names, dosages, and pharmacy workflow will ensure prescriptions are entered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input prescription and insurance data into pharmacy management systems.

• Verify patient information, drug interactions, and dosage instructions.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

• Coordinate with pharmacists to resolve unclear or incomplete information.

• Assist in maintaining electronic prescription records and audit logs.

• Communicate with customers and providers to confirm or clarify information when necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License (state or national certification required).

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy data entry experience preferred.

• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and electronic health records.

• Excellent typing speed and high attention to accuracy.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and drug classification.

• Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote setting.
