Job Summary: American Express is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from Tulsa, OK. This telework role is designed for individuals passionate about helping others and skilled in resolving issues efficiently. You'll engage with American Express card members to provide support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries

  • Address questions related to billing, accounts, payments, and rewards

  • De-escalate concerns and offer timely, tailored solutions

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior customer service experience preferred
