Exclusive Auto Parts is a growing company in high-quality auto sales. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Process orders for customers who choose to purchase.
- Collect customer information and email invoices to collect payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Call dealers and verify the part numbers to make sure the part is correct.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales it's a must.
- Previous experience with insurance companies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly check and relay product pricing.
- Basic computer skills for invoicing and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of auto parts preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently.
