• Manage and organize medical documents and assist with the preparation of reports for healthcare providers.

• Coordinate with insurance companies to verify coverage and assist with the billing process.

• Assist in handling prescriptions, medication refills, and other administrative tasks to support patient care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients.

• Proficiency in medical software, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
