About the Role: Retail Resource Security Program Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Retail Resource Security Program as a Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of security protocols, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Your expertise in retail resource security, data analysis, and project management will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic plans to drive business growth, improve client experiences, and enhance security protocols
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, corporate, and security, to resolve safety and security-related issues
• Oversee the development and implementation of security protocols, procedures, and training programs
• Manage and maintain confidential information, ensuring the highest level of discretion and professionalism
• Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, including store and field leadership teams, on security, risk, and stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail resource security or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as GBQ, Looker, and MS Office
• Experience with inventory management, data analysis, and financial controls
• Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
