About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements into technical guides and plans
• Coordinate changes across organizations and teams to build innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assist in setting up new programs with tracking, monitoring, and reporting, and drive insights and opportunities to improve features
• Work with senior management, business stakeholders, science, and engineering teams to develop and execute on our roadmap
• Manage complex technology projects and programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and planning release plans
• Lead or contribute to the design and architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and organizing release plans
• Experience buying/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and services
• Knowledge of data entry and data management principles and practices
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
