About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Manager Account Management, Target Product Ads to join our Roundel team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across digital channels and platforms for our clients. If you're a client-centric individual with a passion for digital media planning, marketing, and partnership development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across digital channels and platforms for Roundel clients
  • Consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs
  • Attend client meetings and present strategic recommendations based on client objectives, including compelling and effective guidance on specific media tactics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in the retail and digital advertising landscape, looking for opportunities and tests to bring to clients to further elevate the level of service
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Product, and Go-to-Market, to deliver and execute effective results

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with auction-based search and retail media network platform tools (e.g., Google, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization
  • Ability to multi-task and drive results within a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • Superior time management and multitasking to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns
  • Ability to articulate and defend media opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for uncovering new media opportunities to drive incremental business
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Remote or Hybrid Work Arrangement

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location depending on what their role, team, and tasks require for that day.
