Google's Global Partnerships team works with numerous partners to bring the best of Google to drive their business. Our team supports Google's product groups with fundamental partnerships to help research client experiences in advertising, Search, Colleague, Guides, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. We create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and hatch business growth for various products.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support and Data Analyst on our Global Partnerships team, you will be responsible for supporting business clients via optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting. You will also contribute to the development and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on Google's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business clients via optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting to drive business growth and publisher success.
  • Maintain service levels by meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, timeliness, and productivity goals.
  • Support the execution and optimization of Google's automated business solutions and platform offerings.
  • Provide consultation and technical support to the Worldwide Merchant group.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with account management, operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business solutions or ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob, DV360).
  • Experience in streamlining operational processes (e.g., automation).
  • Understanding of online advertising solutions (e.g., ad serving, business solutions) and key platforms and trends (e.g., desktop, mobile, video).
  • Understanding of SQL.
  • Experience working in a global or distributed team environment.
