Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. You'll need to respond quickly and professionally to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience with chat software and email clients.
