Digital Designer - Randstad Digital

We are looking for a versatile Digital and Print Designer to join our team in Washington, D.C., supporting both product and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio demonstrating their skill in creating high-quality visuals for both digital and print. This role involves translating UX wireframes into intuitive UI designs, producing production-ready marketing materials, and ensuring all work maintains brand consistency across multiple mediums.

responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of digital assets, including UI mockups, icons, illustrations, and web graphics.
• Create dynamic marketing collateral, such as email templates, social media graphics, and digital campaign visuals.
• Produce print-ready materials, including brochures, posters, packaging, and other physical assets.
• Translate UX wireframes into polished, high-quality user interface designs.
• Maintain strong visual storytelling and brand consistency across all projects.
• Participate in creative reviews, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and project deadlines.

qualifications:

• Proven expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Figma experience is a must-have.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of both digital and print work.
• Experience translating UX wireframes into intuitive and effective UI designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
