As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will create tests to assure stable software solutions and will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for identifying any potentical issues with Datacor's ERP software before a product release. We are looking for someone who is comfortable writing test cases and is able to understand requirements and assure these requirements fulfill company standards before releasing them.
Responsibilities
- Develop a knowledge of Smoke, User Interface, Component, API and E2E testing
- Create manual test cases
- Create automation test cases
- Document and report bugs
- Ensure products meet requirements and maintain standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or a work history that demonstrates proficiency in software testing
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role
- Working knowledge of data/database technologies (SQL, Access)
- Basic knowledge of multiple languages, libraries and frameworks (e.g. JS, C#, VB.NET)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills (this person will be working with team members based in Costa Rica and the US and must be fluent in English)

- Experience with Test Complete
- Experience using Jira
- Experience using Zephyr
