National Account Manager

• Proactively identifies and pursues high-potential prospects and develops action plans to close new business.
• Collaborates with Altus team members to create impactful prospect and client presentations that communicate key Altus differentiators throughout the sales process.
• Drives client meetings to enhance relationships and uncover opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Focuses on managing mid-level relationships and building long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.

• Minimum of at least 3 years of sales experience.
• A thorough understanding of their clients' businesses and the industry they operate in.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
• Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage client data and sales activities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks and manage a large portfolio of accounts.
• Must be able to travel 2-3 days per month on average.
