Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to support financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong command of QuickBooks, excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working with different currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter vendor invoices into the system and verify accuracy.
  • Generate and issue client invoices through the system.
  • Record incoming and outgoing payments in QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and prepare payment schedules.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and address delays.
  • Process credit card transactions as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory).
  • Comfortable working with different currencies (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with PDF tools.
  • Experience with Help Scout or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential (years of experience are flexible).
  • Prior experience with financial tasks and reconciliation is preferred but not required.
  • English proficiency is required (bilingual candidates are not necessary).
