Leasing Appointment Scheduler
We are looking for a Leasing Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling property showings, assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling high call volumes.
- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments.
- Follow up with leads and provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements.
- Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status.
- Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
- Proficiency in YARDI
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
