We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our hospital medical team at Staff4Me. As a Physician in the hospital setting, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies.
  • Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments to patients.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient medical records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements through continuous professional development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to healthcare regulations and protocols.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Valid medical license and board certification in the relevant specialty.
  • Previous experience as a Physician in a hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
