As our Sr. Frontend Engineer (Remote), you are responsible for the development and maintenance of our products. You are part of a small, multi-disciplinary team working to enable unique and impactful experiences for our end users. As a Sr. Frontend Engineer you will:

• Lead development of Customer-facing Products and internal tooling
• Leverage your experience to make informed tradeoff decisions that solve today’s problems while adaptable to tomorrow’s unknowns
• Work with Backend Engineers to establish and maintain resilient APIs (REST and GraphQL)
• Advocate for the Customer when collaborating with Product Engineering to ensure that we address the Customer’s core problems
• Work seamlessly with Design on UI/UX to build features, prototype workflows and establish a library of reusable components
• Participate in the process to improve engineering practices as AtlasAI grows its Engineering Team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to quickly distill Customer’s problems and propose possible solutions
• Effectively and empathetically communicate with teammates verbally and in writing so we all make better decisions

These are the skills we need:

• 5+ years developing web applications, preferably at startups
• Experience with Javascript, Typescript, and CSS
• Fluent using React/Redux, Typescript and GraphQL
• Comfortable establishing CI/CD workflows
• History of jumping into the Backend to help meet delivery targets
• Experience with GIS/Mapping constructs (e.g. Mapbox, Leaflet, Kepler.gl) a plus
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and in an entrepreneurial, initiative-driven, startup environment

Salary Range: $130,000 to $160,000 annually + benefits + equity. The above represents the expected salary range for this role.
