Responsibilities

  1. Search for senior executives on LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LSN) and copy paste the following details in Google Sheets/MS Excel. List of company names will be given
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Designation
    4. LinkedIn profile URL - tools access will be given
    5. Email address from contact finding tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz etc
    6. Mobile number from contact finding tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz etc
    7. Any other details per request
  2. 250 contacts to be collated per day
  3. Investigate data for discrepancies, fill gaps in incomplete records, and resolve other problems in existing data records
  4. Keep information strictly confidential
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirement
  6. Finish the task in the given designated timeline
  7. Compile and send daily report to your stakeholders and manager
  8. Take regular data back-up

Requirements and skills

  1. Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Professional
  2. Experience with Google Sheets/MS Excel and basic LinkedIn knowledge is a must
  3. Familiar with following Google Sheets/MS Excel skills-
    1. Duplicates removal
    2. Conditional formatting
    3. Pivot tables
    4. Basic formulas like lookup, count, sum etc.
    5. Data validation
    6. Data forms - add, edit, find/replace, and delete rows/columns
  4. Fast typing and data entry speed with accuracy
  5. Good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Confidentiality
  8. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
