About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/TSI) clearance, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, facilitating the rollout of new applications, enhancements, and modules. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide software configuration and customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, working closely with IT and Business teams to drive solution delivery.
• Implement ServiceNow customizations, including Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.
• Facilitate rollouts of new applications, enhancements, and new modules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients.
• Generate detailed documentation to support solution delivery and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Current Secret Security Clearance.
• Local to Washington DC.
• 5+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong background in scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
• 5+ years of experience working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML 5.
• US Citizenship.

Preferred Skills

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred skills will be considered a plus:

• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
