Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers and internal stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Tesla's products and services, including vehicle features, charging options, and maintenance requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior support teams as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and issue resolution techniques.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive Industry Experience: Experience working in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish or Mandarin.
