About Concierge Nursing Referral Services

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is an established, premier nursing referral service branch of TheKey. We partner with experienced and compassionate clinicians to provide private-duty clinical services, assisting clients with hourly shifts (generally 8-12hrs) and/or visits (up to 1 hour) on a per-diem or long-term basis. Our clients are located throughout California, Colorado, Washington, New York, and Nevada, and they expect the very best quality care from our clinicians. We are not a Home Health agency and do not accept insurance; all clients pay privately for services.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse - Private Duty with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, your essential functions will include:

• Delivering Exceptional Care: Provide high-quality care to clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments.
• Skilled Nursing Services: Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice.
• Documentation: Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure.
• Communication: Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary.
• Supply Coordination: Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client care (e.g., DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.).
• Training and Education: Assist clients and/or families with training as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Registered Nurse - Private Duty with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you will need:

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License: Current RN license in the state of Nevada.
• Nursing Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on private-duty or similar clinical experience.
• CPR/BLS Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Independence and Reliability: Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or training, and a strong track record of reliability and punctuality.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
• Eligibility to Work: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
