About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Data Analyst to join our IT team at United Airlines. As a key member of our Digital Innovation group, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups, with a deep understanding of the business and its operations.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
• Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business operations, to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with a strong background in data visualization and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development, with a focus on web, mobile, and loyalty applications.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau.
• High-level SQL skills, with the ability to design and implement complex data models and queries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as D3.js, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
