Job Summary

As a Web Chat Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via web chat, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. You'll utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer concerns effectively, project manage customer interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via web chat to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
