Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working on commercial heavy stream aircraft and/or military aircraft.
• Solid knowledge of airplane systems, including electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company procedures.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Valid FCC license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Valid and operable driver's license.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• At least 4 years of experience as an aviation technician.
• Experience using schematics and wiring charts.
