Job Summary:

As a Ramp Agent - Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, luggage, and mail, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an entry-level position, and our leaders are committed to providing mentorship and support to help you grow and develop in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Securely lift, load, dump, and transport cargo, luggage, and mail to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and departures.
• Shield cargo, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Operate ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in congested areas.
• Use scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo and luggage.
• Work varying shifts, including early mornings and overnights, and be available to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your level and operational needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety attire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a related field, such as customer service or logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
