Job Overview

Amazon is seeking detail-oriented and ethical individuals for the role of Product Review Moderator. This remote position focuses on maintaining the integrity and compliance of customer-generated content, such as product reviews and ratings, across the Amazon marketplace.

If you have a sharp eye for policy violations, can evaluate large volumes of content quickly, and are interested in quality control within e-commerce, this is the perfect work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate customer product reviews and ratings for accuracy and guideline compliance
• Identify fake, misleading, or abusive content and flag it for removal
• Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets Amazon's community standards
• Use internal tools to track review trends and suspicious activity
• Communicate findings and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or online community management preferred
• Strong understanding of online etiquette, grammar, and UGC policies
• Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with web-based tools and internal content review platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Must be a U.S. resident with valid work authorization
