Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with a Growing Solar Energy Leader

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with Everlight Solar, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volumes of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Building trust through open and interactive discussions, providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers
- Managing complaints and providing solutions and options to resolve issues
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts available)
- Availability to work 1pm-11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am-6pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in the solar energy industry
- Knowledge of Apple ecosystem and software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
