Position Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You will also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes, matching callers with suitable insurance companies. Your strong communication skills, combined with your ability to adapt to customer responses, will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts

  • Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics

Requirements

* Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing is highly preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
