Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery to ensure effective case management and representation in court.
• Defending cases by trial or dispositive hearing, utilizing your exceptional litigation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
