About the Role: Remote Data Entry Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our CVS Health team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and transacting data for various projects, expansions, and new product introductions. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and collaboration with other departments will ensure that our members receive high-quality provider data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and quality for projects, expansions, and new product introductions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality provider data for our members
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to manage and analyze data
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements and Qualifications

Prerequisites:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience managing multiple databases
• More than 10 years of experience in provider data maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to work in a production setting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven track record of prioritizing work and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least 1 year
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
