About the Role: Senior Data Analyst in Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP)
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) team, specifically in the Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Resource Planning department. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving business success by providing strategic insights that inform operational decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify ACS staffing needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives and present findings to senior leaders.
- Examine trends in ACS resource planning and stay ahead of the curve.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources to inform models and project development.
- Develop new data sources and essential analytical models to drive business outcomes.
- Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to highlight business challenges and opportunities.
- Create complex reports and analyses with direction from leaders and support process improvement initiatives.
- Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives.
- Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing insights that drive results.
- Prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
