About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer to research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
• Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
• Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette.
• Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
• Comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to train in Salesforce.
• Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency, and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
