Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state, federal, and company policies
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate data entry
• Develop strong relationships with customers, engage with them, and provide assistance with services and products
• Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience
• Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications
• Support Pharmacy department on stock management activities and maintain knowledge of company asset protection techniques

Essential Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment
• Preferred: previous work experience with blithequark
• Preferred: basic math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Preferred: basic computer skills
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control
• Preferred: PTCB certification
