The Global Banking and Markets Team

Our Global Banking and Markets team is a powerhouse of talent and expertise, working closely with commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management products using interest rate, equity, credit, currency, and commodity derivatives, as well as foreign exchange, fixed-income, and mortgage-related products. As an intern on our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our clients' success.

Programme Overview

Our internship programme is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the global banking and markets landscape, with three rotations across Sales and Trading during your internship. You will be fully supported by our experienced managers, buddies, mentors, and colleagues, who will guide you every step of the way.

Eligibility Criteria

We welcome applications from a diverse range of degree disciplines, including the arts and humanities, as well as numerically focused subjects such as economics and mathematics. To be eligible, you must:

• Be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Have an academic semester and all studies complete, with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 and June 2026
• Have achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
• Be available to join the programme from June to August 2025
